Nowadays, Institutional evaluation is divided into several categories, ranging from tests to measure the knowledge acquired by students of the Superior Education Institutions, to visits of governmental agencies which describe several other aspects. One of these methods is the internal evaluation, formalized by Executive Order no. 302, April 7, 1998, article 2, paragraph I, which states that the internal evaluation should be conducted by the institution itself, subject to the guidelines and parameters established by SESu - Department of Superior Education.
In this context, we developed an Online Computer System applied to Institutional evaluation (Louzada and Ara, 2010). This system has some important features such as continuous display of results, speed, convenience, lower operating costs, security and guaranteed total anonymity of respondents.
These procedures can be also applied to other scenarios that cover all types of online surveys or data analysis procedures in the virtual environment.
